An abnormality of primary hemostasis, predisposing to bleeding may be due to thrombocytopenia, a defect in platelet function, a deficiency in von Willebrand factor (vWF), which requires laboratory tests. These tests are important in the event of bleeding, before an intervention at risk of bleeding or when deciding on a treatment. Currently existing devices suffer from a lack of reliability and a lack of relevance, as the conditions are too different from in vivo conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of the project is to develop an integrated analysis system in whole blood and in flow coupling on the one hand a microfluidic cell reproducing the rheological conditions of a blood vessel, covered with a bio-interface on the surface and on the other hand, one or more devices allowing the detection and quantification of surface-platelet interactions.
