NON EUROPEAN COUNTRIES WITH A CAMPUS FRANCE OFFICE (CEF countries) APPLICATION PROCEDURE (3 to 4 steps):

 1. The first step is to do the online Campus France application.

Campus France provides services to help you prepare your educational leave in France. You must register and the Campus France teams will contact you to give you all the information needed to come and study in France :

 

You can also take an appointment directly at the Campus France Office close to you. :

Beyond the 21st of March this first step is no more required. Go directly to step 2.

2. The second step is to do the Master Degree online application.

Campus France will guide you to the Master Degree online application. Once the requires documents and informations have been submitted online, the files are sent to the corresponding head of the Master Degree. The file is then reviewed by a committee.

When the committee has made an admissions decision, an official letter of notification will be sent to the applicant.

For your online application to the Master Degree, you will need to upload the following documents :

• Motivation letter
• Curriculum Vitae
• Last completed degree
• Last year’s transcript of marks
• Recommandation letter
• ID
• Please make one document including a scan of the original document plus (if the original is in another language) a certified translation into English and/or French.

 

Individual graduate programs may require additional documentation and/or test scores. Contact the program to which you are applying in order to confirm program requirements.

 

File Requirements for Uploading Documents

• Format: Scanned and saved as a PDF file (photos not acceptable).
• File size should be 10MB or less
• Upload each document separately

3. The third step is to apply for the visa.

If you are accepted, Campus France will take care of the visa issue. Make sure that the acceptance letter has reached them.

4. The fourth step (optionnal) is to apply for an on campus accomodation.

The website is in French, but student accepted in one of the EIPHI Graduate School Master Degree will obtain automatically a room if he asks for it. All the registration procedure will be done by our International Relation Department.
